Frisco Guild Officer/Committee Slate

2011-2012

This is the list of current guild officers and committee positions.  Our board is elected each spring, as our Guild year is from May to the following April.  A nominating committee coordinates the new slate of board members and officers and it is announce for the coming year at the May Meeting.

Guild President: Rose Davis

The President leads the board meetings as well as the guild business meetings.  The president also sets a general direction for the guild.

VP Membership:  Karen Egle Jordan

Membership keeps track of the membership list, collects dues, tracks meeting attendance, and coordinates name badges.

VP Programs - Lesley Attenberger

Programs makes arrangements for speakers and programs for guild meetings and introduces the speaker at the meeting

Secretary:  Jane Bayarena

The secretary takes minutes at the meetings and board meetings for publication to the guild via the newsletter

Treasurer: Lee Ann Keener

The treasurer is responsible for the guild checking account, the savings account, all monies collected or paid out, as well as the annual audit.
